    The 2006 20th Annual Bryans Auto Supply "Old Rip" Car Show was a great fun filled show with beautiful cars and beautiful weather. This year's show saw well over 50 entrants in which over many drove from surrounding areas. To celebrate the 20th annual event, Bryan awarded each and every entrant with an award. As well, each division had a Best of Show winner, listed below. This years Judges Choice was awarded to Tim Jenkins with his 23 T-Bucket Roadster. Tim is from Strawn and has attended many of Bryans Car Shows through the years and appreciated winning the worlds largest car show award, being 3' x 4'. In fact, it was so large he could not get it in his car. Continental Battery was on hand, for the 10th year in a row, to cook hamburgers for all the entrants. In addition, they awarded the Judges Choice recipient a new Continental Battery.

Bryan recognized that their successes over the last 20 years was due to the businesses being family businesses. Bryans wife, Tina, and his mom and dad Kay & Bertie Jackson were on hand working in the background as they have for over 20 years. Bryan also stated that events like the Old Rip Car Show would not be possible without their customers continued support. Lots of things have happened through the years and lots of things have come and gone, said Bryan, but the foundation at all the Bryans businesses are solid and continues to grow and serve the community well. 

All in all, everyone had a good time and will be looking forward to the next Bryans Car Show, which is coming up in April. Once again, all the family at Bryans would like to thank everyone for their help and support of these great annual events.
